Seeds of Hope, Inc., (SOH) is a not-for-profit corporation, incorporated in the State of Florida, effective November 3, 2008.  The principal business address of Seeds of Hope is located at 1034 W. Riviera Blvd., Oviedo, Florida.  The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes and has IRS designation of as a 501(c) (3) organization.  All financial contributions towards Seeds of Hope are tax-deductible.

Seeds of Hope is a community-based organization and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, national origin, age or disability.
